We celebrated a kick-ass 2019! Kudos to Whitney Shephard Yates on organizing our fun Holiday Social on Dec. 18th at Savoy Society We had a blast!

A big shout-out to Liza Smith for playing Metro's Munch-Maker! Thanks everyone for signing up for a Munch-date with your Metro fam! We took a quick break with all the December madness, but keep a look-out for your next Munch Date. Also, it's never too late if you still want to munch, please email Liza Smith and she'll hook you up (heeeheeeeheeeheee).
Here's the gist:
- Put your name on the list (email Liza)
- Munchmaker Liza will match you up with two or three others
- Your crew will have one month to make Munch happen
- Post a pic on FB and tag Metropolitan Savannah Rotary because #PicsOrItDidntHappen
- Get an attendance credit

Mark your calendar for 2 exciting events that we'll need all hands on deck for:
- Jan 25, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM (2 shifts with shift change starting at 11:30) - The Big Move and presentation of the Big Check! Please make an effort to be at the ReStore at 11:30 during the shift change. This is when we'll present our big check to Habitat for $10,000. Our District Governor will be in atteendance as well.
- Feb 1, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM (2 shifts with shift change starting at 11:30) - Final clean, staging, and touch-up of the old office on 70th Street
NEXT METRO CLUB SOCIAL - MOODRIGHT'S
We'll see you on Jan 28 at 5:30 PM at Savannah's only Duckpin bowling bar. If you want to get there earlier and jump on some Happy Hour bowling, it starts at 4 and ends at 6 PM for $3 per person. Did you guys know there's a Beggars Banquet on the menu? For $20, you get a beer, a slushie, pack of cigs, and 2 games for $20?! I know where my next munch date is!

As a Club, we've pledged 100% club participation to have Every Rotarian Every Year make a contribution of at least $100. The good news is that the Club has already gifted $50 to your contribution. Please see below on how to complete your part:
