On Saturday, March 25th Metro assisted Step Up Savannah with a poverty simulation for Deep students. The students were all high schoolers participating in Block by Block, an extension of Deep's Younth Author project, that encourages students to learn more about their communities and how to tell their stories. The students were engaging and funny, especially Jackson McCoy and his friend Rogan who ran a pawn shop with a little too much conviction.
