Metro was thrilled to have David Probst of Stuttgart, Germany and Lily Bownes from Edinburgh come visit our club before heading home this week. They're GRSP students finishing up their year in Georgia. Lily was sponsored by the Buckhead Club and David by the Skidaway Island Club. David is very interested in Rotary and has attended as many rotary meeting as possible during his stay in the U.S., including Rotary One in Chicago. He traveled 9.000 miles across the US with four other students as well as to NYC, DC, Pittsburg and the Bahamas. Metro will be partnering with other local clubs to host a GRSP student in 2018-19. Florence is the coordinator for our club and will have more information soon. Please be thinking about experiences you would be willing to share with our exchange student. We want to show her as much of our area and culture as possible.
